Luxe Rental Guidelines

At Little Luxe Party Rental, we’re committed to making your celebration seamless, stylish, and stress-free. Please review our rental guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Reservations & Payment
All rentals must be reserved in advance. Full payment if booked within 10 day rental (or 25% deposit) is due at the time of booking to secure your date. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Delivery & Pickup
We currently offer delivery only to ensure every item arrives safely and on time.

  • Delivery fees are based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Items are delivered to a ground-level location unless otherwise discussed. There will be an additional fee added for multi-level, or delivery more than 25 feet walking distance. 
  • A scheduled delivery/pickup time will be arranged 10 days before event date.
  • Our Standard Delivery Times are below:

       Drop off - Thursday or Friday (5p-8p)

       Pick Up - Sunday (12n-3p) or Monday (5p-8p)

Setup
At this time, setup and breakdown services are not included. All items will be delivered ready for use, and simple setup may be required by the item.

Rental Period
Standard rentals are for a pre-agreed timeframe. Extended rental periods may be available upon request. Late returns or delayed pickups may result in additional fees.

Rental Pricing/Bundle Package Policy 

Our bundle packages are thoughtfully curated and specially priced to provide added value to our customers. Bundle packages are fixed and items cannot be substituted or exchanged for other rental items. 

Removing or declining an item from a bundle does not reduce the package price or create a credit toward another rental item. 

Promotional discounts, partner discounts, and other offers cannot be combined with bundle package pricing unless otherwise stated. 

Care of Rentals
We take pride in offering high-quality, luxe pieces and ask that all items are treated with care.

  • Items must be returned in the condition they were received.
  • Do not leave rentals exposed to extreme weather conditions.
  • Cleaning instructions (if applicable) will be provided.

Damage or Loss
The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive wear beyond normal use. Repair or replacement fees will be charged accordingly.

Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather, safety is our priority.

  • Outdoor rentals should have a backup indoor plan.
  • We do not offer refunds due to weather; however, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations made within a 24hr timeframe may be eligible for a full refund all others will receive a credit.
  • Last-minute cancellations may forfeit payment.
  • Changes to orders are subject to availability.

Access & Readiness
Please ensure the delivery area is accessible and ready at the scheduled time. Delays due to restricted access may result in additional fees.

Children's Events Policy

Little Luxe Party Rental specializes exclusively in luxury rentals for children's celebrations and family-friendly events. Our inventory, packages, and services are thoughtfully designed to create memorable experiences for children's birthdays, baby showers, school functions, and other kid-focused occasions.

At this time, we do not accept bookings for adult-only events, including adult birthday parties, weddings, bridal showers, bachelor or bachelorette parties, corporate events or similar celebrations.
