Booking & Payments

  • Orders can be placed directly through our website. Choose your date, rental items and checkout.

  • Rental Items are for for a standard 3-day rental. {Day 1} Delivery , {Day 2} Event , {Day 3} Pickup

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. 

  • Final payment is due 10 days prior to delivery. 

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards, digital wallets (Apple pay, Google Pay).

Delivery

  • We currently offer delivery and retrieval only. All items are delivered and picked up by our team. 

  • Standard delivery is to the ground floor.  Disclose at time of booking if delivery is not on the ground floor.

    Delivery rates are determined per mile up to a 40 mile radius. This is automatically added when you book.

  • We deliver your rental items the day prior to your event within a scheduled delivery window. 

    Pickup is scheduled the day after your event. Items must be ready and accessible at the agreed time. 

  • Delivery is available within our service area only. We currently service New Castle County Delaware and Kent County Delaware. Additional fees may apply for extended distances.

  • Yes, a person must be available to accept deliveries and inspect all rental items with our team. We want to ensure the equipment delivered was in good condition.

Setup & Use

  • At this time, we provide delivery and retrieval only. Customers are responsible for set up and breakdown of their rentals. Our items are designed to be simple and quick to assemble.

  • Yes, setup instructions can be provided upon request.

Rental Terms & Responsibilities

  • Items should be returned in the same condition they were delivered, aside from normal use.

  • Customers are responsible for any damaged or missing items and will be charged accordingly. 

    You can opt in to our accidental damage waiver to protect your rental items from unexpected accidental damage during normal event use.  This fee is 10% added to your order Subtotal.

  • Items must be in the original delivery location and easily accessible.  It is the customers responsibility to protect equipment from weather. In the event of severe weather, items must be secured or moved to a covered location.

  • There is no refund for unused rental products scheduled to be delivered or already in your possession.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations can be made within a 24 hour timeframe. After the Cancellation period a credit will be provided and can be transferred to a future date one year from the original date.

  • Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes for your party rental order, subject to item availability.

Weather Policy

  • At Little Luxe Party Rental, we understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable. 

    Due to the nature of event scheduling, cancellations or changes due to weather deposits are non-refundable.  Your rental may be used for a future date one year from the original date.

    We recommend planning ahead for weather to ensure your event runs smoothly.

  • For safety reasons, we reserve the right to delay or reschedule delivery in the event of severe or dangerous weather conditions that could put our team or equipment at risk
